You are an expert in your field. Or maybe even two.

You are fundamentally a feminist and you want to enable women to thrive in the STEAM world. You are keen to be a TEAM MENTOR, responsible for guiding the development process of 1-3 teams or you want to become a SKILL MENTOR - supporting a team with a specific problem or need.
